Toda persona que dejare de cumplir cualquiera de las disposiciones de este Decreto, o las instrucciones de los Inspectores de Sanidad, o que estorbare o intentare estovar a tales empleados en el ejerció de sus funciones, será' castigada según lo dispone el artículo 37 de la Ley 74 de 126, con multas hasta de quinientos pesos ($ 500) que impondrán los respectivos Gobernadores o el Ministerio de industrias. Las resoluciones en que tales multas se impongan serán apelables para ante el Ministerio de Industrias, cuando serán dictadas por las Gobernaciones.
