Cuando el funcionario consular o persona que certifique una factura consular tenga razones para poner en duda la veracidad de cualquier aserto contenido en dicho documento, lo anotará al margen de la factura y mandará aviso escrito de ello a la aduana por donde haya de introducirse la mercancía a la República. Análoga anotación y análogo aviso hará y enviará de toda repetición de marcas y números. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 09/03/1981
