Art. 1.º Créase en la ciudad de Medellín, Departamento de Antioquia, una Junta de Emisión compuesta de tres miembros principales y tres suplentes, nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo, con el objeto de que emita y ponga á disposición del Gobierno los billetes que se hagan en los Establecimientos litográficos de esa ciudad. Las atribuciones de dicha Junta serán las mismas que tiene la Junta de Emisión de Bogotá.
