Art. 186. Interpuesta y concedida la apelación con arreglo á los artículos 182 y 183, el empleado que hizo la notificación del auto, deduciendo alcance líquido al responsable, ó el encargado de hacer el cobro ejecutivo, remitirá al Administrador ó á la Corte, según el caso, el expediente creado para que dé curso á la apelación, verificando el envío por el primer correo nacional que salga del lugar donde se hizo la notificación para la capital de la República.
