Audiencias. En cualquier momento, por una sola vez, desde la apertura de la investigación y hasta el vencimiento del término de prácticas de pruebas, a solicitud de parte, se podrán realizar audiencias entre intervinientes de conformidad con las disposiciones previstas en el artículo 52 del presente decreto.
