TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 3.° Las personas o entidades que recolecten auxilios en dinero deberán consignarlos en la Gobernación del Valle, en SENDAS, en la Cruz Roja Nacional o en el Banco de la República o sus sucursales. Lo recolectado por la Gobernación del Valle, SENDAS y la Cruz Roja Nacional deberá ser consignado también en el Banco de ja República a órdenes de la Junta.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de la obligación anterior los auxilios recolectados por la Iglesia Católica.
