° Designar liquidador del Servicio de Asistencia Social "S.A.S." al señor Carlos Varela Arias, con asignación mensual de S 2.500.00, quien procederá a la liquidación aplicando en lo pertinente lo dispuesto en los artículos 532 y siguientes del Código de Comercio, las demás disposiciones aplicables y las especiales que expida el Ministerio de Salud Pública.

Parágrafo

Por tratarse de un establecimiento público, la Contraloría General de la República nombrará un representante en la liquidación para los efectos fiscales y con el carácter de revisor.
