Por la implantación de sistemas relacionados con las funciones que se reasignan en el presente Decreto, se requiere el concepto previo favorable de la Oficina de Planeación del Instituto Nacional de Transporte, con el fin de que las estructuras de información sean compatibles con las que utilizan las oficinas centrales del mencionado Instituto.
