°. Estudio de títulos y transferencia de bienes. El Liquidador identificará plenamente aquellos bienes inmuebles que la Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales posea a título de tenencia como arrendamiento, comodato, usufructo u otro similar, con el fin de transferirlos al Incoder.

Parágrafo

Los bienes inmuebles que la Unidad Nacional de Tierras Rurales transfiera al Incoder, lo hará por su valor catastral.
