El titular de una visa de servicio, una vez terminada su misión, o su contrato de trabajo, podrá permanecer en el país amparado por esa misma visa, por un término no mayor de tres (3) meses. Vencido este plazo, si desea permanecer en el país, deberá presentar ante el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores la solicitud correspondiente para obtener visa temporal u ordinaria según el caso.
