Quedan Suprimidas Las Jefaturas Militares, Comandancias De Armas Y Comandancias Militares Especiales Que Hoy Existen; Pero Los Jefes Que Las Sirven Continuarán En El Goce De Su Sueldo Hasta El 30 De Septiembre Próximo

Quedan suprimidas las Jefaturas militares, Comandancias de armas y Comandancias militares especiales que hoy existen; pero los Jefes que las sirven continuarán en el goce de su sueldo hasta el 30 de septiembre próximo.

Parágrafo

Se eliminarán los Estados Mayores excedentes; se licenciarán inmediatamente los Batallones, medios Batallones y Compañías sueltas que no hayan quedado incluidos en el presente Decreto; se reducirá el efectivo de los Estados Mayores y Cuerpos que quedan, a los términos aquí prescritos y se eliminará el Batallón "Neira", refundiendo sus individuos de tropa en los Batallones de la 2ª División.
