Art. 25. Los buhoneros ó individuos que se ocupan de la industria ambulante del comercio en las Provincias del interior del Departamento de Panamá, causarán cada uno, un impuesto mensual á favor del fisco, igual á las cuota del mayor contribuyente en la respectiva localidad, impuesto que se hará efectivo, por quien corresponda, en los términos de la ley sobre contribución comercial de aquel Departamento.
