Art. 16. Los Administradores departamentales de Hacienda incorporarán en sus cuentas las de los Administradores del Circuito, después de que haya sido fenecidas. Las cuentas de los Administradores de Correos, Agentes postales y Telegrafistas solo las examinarán y glosarán o fenecerán en primera instancia y la remitirán á la Oficina general de cuentas para su examen definitivo de acuerdo con el enciso 8.º del artículo 17 de la ley que se reglamenta.
