Con estos tres datos numéricos el Juez fijara, basándose en ellos, la indemnización que habrá de pagarse al propietario, previamente a la ocupación material de la zona. Esta indemnización se considerara como provisional, si el propietario ó el Agente Fiscal no la estimaren justa.
