Artículo cuarto. Los funcionarios que continúen prestando sus servicios en cargos cuya denominación y asignación haya sido modificada por el presente Decreto, no requerirán llenar otra formalidad para la posesión que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre nacional, equivalente a la diferencia de la remuneración correspondiente.
