Transitorio . A partir del primero (1º) de enero de 1997 entrará a regir la obligación de declarar y pagar los impuestos al consumo de productos extranjeros a órdenes del Fondo-Cuenta. Hasta entonces, los responsables continuarán declarando y pagando dichos impuestos directamente a las Secretarías de Hacienda de los Departamentos o Distrito Capital, según el caso, donde se consuman los productos.
