Art. 2. ° Las cantidades que sobren después de pagar el 50 por 100 de la subvención concedida .por las leyes 25 de, 1878 y ...- 29 de 1881 para la construcción del Ferrocarril del Cauca y lo que importen los gastos del personal y material de las mismas Aduanas, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Código Fiscal, serán remitidas a la Tesorería general. Queda en estos términos reformado el decreto ejecutivo número 447 de 29 de Julio último.
