Control administrativo. El control administrativo sobre la entidad será ejercido por el Gerente, quien velará porque la ejecución de los planes y programas de la Zona Franca se cumpla conforme a las normas de sus disposiciones orgánicas, a los planes establecidas por el Gobierno para el sector del cual hace parte y a estos estatutos.
