Articulo 159. De la inhabilidad que comporta la destitución. En los casos de destitución, en el mismo acto administrativo que la imponga, se determinará el tiempo durante cual está inhabilitado para el desempeño de cargos públicos este tiempo de inhabilidad no podrá ser mayor de un (1) año.
