º. Modifícase el artículo 4º del Decreto 2742 del 9 de diciembre de 1991, el cual quedará así: Para las bebidas alcohólicas importadas de que trata el artículo 3º del Decreto en mención, una vez presentada la documentación correspondiente ante el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Medicamentos y Alimentos-Invima, y efectuada su revisión, estudio y aprobación, se procederá a otorgar el Registro Sanitario por un término de diez (10) años.
