Los depósitos para distribución de leche higienizada deberán reunir los siguientes requisitos

Area para cargue y descargue, en concreto, asfalto u otro material aprobado por la autoridad sanitaria correspondiente;

Cuarto frío con capacidad suficiente para mantener refrigerada a una temperatura no superior a 10ºC., la totalidad de la leche recibida;

Area para depósito de canastas, envases vacíos y elementos destinados para el aseo del establecimiento;

Area para administración y servicios complementarios.
