Artículo decimonoveno. Los permisos de operación de nuevas empresas que, de acuerdo con el presente Decreto deben, ser aportantes, se otorgarán con la advertencia de que harán, sus respectivos aportes a "CAXDAC". El Departamento determinará las sanciones a las empresas aportantes que incumplan con las obligaciones que emanan del presente Decreto.
