El Ingeniero Director hará con el Gobernador, los Ingenieros de sección y los Administradores contratistas un presupuesto trimestral de las cantidades que se necesiten para la construcción de las vías. Estos presupuestos, firmados por las personas que los han formado, se remitirán al Ministro de Obras Públicas para que él ordene las remesas de fondos al Cajero contador.
