ARTICULO 20. Del Diseño de los Concursos El diseño de los concursos estará a cargo del Comité de Selección a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el cual determinara los instrumentos que se utilizaran en el concurso, el puntaje aprobatorio para cada uno de ellos y la ponderación de los puntajes parciales con relación al puntaje total.
