Art. 3.° Fijase en la sama de $ 1,000 oro la cuantía de la fianza que debe prestar el Administrador departamental de Hacienda nacional de Nariño para asegurar su manejo como tal, 1a cual debe otorgarse de acuerdo con lo que sobre el particular prescribe el Código citado y otras disposiciones análogas.
