Artículo único. Aclárase los Decretos números 1289 y 1287 de 1950 en el sentido de que los nombramientos hechos a los señores Manuel Ayerbe Arboleda y Medardo Lemos como Jefe y Subsecretario, respectivamente, de la Seccional de Investigación Criminal de Popayán, surten sus efectos desde el cuatro y primero de abril del año en curso, en su orden, fechas en las cuales entraron en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
