Los juzgados que en la actualidad funcionan en Contratación y Agua de Dios seguirán funcionando en dicha poblaciones con las jurisdicciones y competencias que actualmente tienen, mas las jurisdicciones y competencias plenas que a esta clase de Juzgados les asignan los Códigos de Procedimiento Penal y Civil.
