Art. 4°. l avalúo se practicará por peritos nombrados, uno por el propietario, otro por el contratista de la obra y un tercero por el Tribunal del respectivo Distrito Judicial. Si algún propietario no hiciere oportunamente el nombramiento, lo hará el mismo Tribuinal.
