º . Apruébase la reforma al artículo 63 de los Estatutos Sociales de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. -Findeter-, adoptada por la Asamblea General de Accionistas mediante Resolución 01 del 31 de marzo de 1992, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 63 : Empleados Públicos y Trabajadores Oficiales. Las personas que presten sus servicios en la Financiera son Trabajadores Oficiales. Sin embargo, el Presidente, los Vicepresidentes, el Secretario General, los Gerentes y los Jefes de División, son Empleados Públicos".
