Decreto 2137 de 1983 · Por el cual se reorganiza la Policía Nacional

Solo podrán crearse y funcionar entidades de carácter oficial que cumplan funciones paralelas o similares a las que corresponden a la Policía Nacional, con autorización previa de la Dirección General de la Policía y bajo la dirección y control de la misma institución.

Parágrafo

Las organizaciones departamentales, distritales o municipales de esta naturaleza, que hayan sido creadas con anterioridad al presente Decreto, quedarán bajo la dirección y control de la Policía Nacional. Capítulo II. De la subordinación.
