º. Dé la partida de doce mil pesos ($ 12,000) anuales señalada en el

Parágrafo 9

° del artículo 214 del Presupuesto vigente, para los gastos que ocasione el susodicho establecimiento de castigo, se tomará la cantidad de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) para atender a los gastos que demande la expresada sección de presidio, y esta suma será remesada por la Tesorería General de la Republica directamente al Administrador de Hacienda Nacional de Neiva por partidas mensuales de a doscientos cincuenta pesos ($ 250).
