DILIGENCIAS ESPECIALES RESERVADAS. Los autos motivados mediante los cuales se disponga el allanamiento y el registro, la retención de correspondencia postal o telegráfica o la interceptación de comunicaciones telefónicas, no se darán a conocer a las partes mientras el juez considere que ello puede interferir el desarrollo de la respectiva diligencia. Contra dichos autos no procede recurso alguno.
