Dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la vigencia de la presente Ley, el Comité Directivo Nacional de Subsidio Familiar de la Unidad de Negocios de Subsidio Familiar de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, con la aprobación de la Junta Directiva de dicha Institución, tomará las medidas conducentes a formalizar los traspasos de la propiedad del patrimonio a que se refiere el literal a) del artículo anterior. Tales traspasos deberán ser también autorización, previa evaluación, por la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar.
