El Ministerio De Fomento Establecerá Desacuerdo Con Las Recomendaciones Del Consejo Nacional De Normas Técnicas El Carácter De Obligatoriedad De Una Norma, Teniendo Especialmente En Cuenta Que Tendrán Este Carácter: A) Las Normas Para Los Materiales, Procedimientos O Productos Que Afecten La Vida, La Seguridad, La Economía O La Salud De Las Personas

º. El Ministerio de Fomento establecerá desacuerdo con las recomendaciones del Consejo Nacional de Normas Técnicas el carácter de obligatoriedad de una norma, teniendo especialmente en cuenta que tendrán este carácter

Las normas para los materiales, procedimientos o productos que afecten la vida, la seguridad, la economía o la salud de las personas.

Las normas que rigen el sistema general de pesas y medulas.

Parágrafo

Las normas obligatorias deberá llevar una identificación de acuerdo con la reglamentación que se expida al respecto.
