°. La Policía tiene el deber de clausurar inmediatamente toda casa donde haya juegos prohibidos, y el dueño de ella pagara una multa de cincuenta a trescientos pesos oro. Los objetos que sirvan para el juego serán decomisados por la Policía y la multa se le entregara a la persona que denuncie la casa.
