Artículo veintiocho. Son funciones de la Sección de Personal

Preparar los reglamentos de trabajo del personal del Ministerio y vigilar su cumplimiento en todas las dependencias;

Tramitar lo relacionado con las novedades de personal;

Mantener al día los registros de persona, y expedir las certificaciones correspondientes, y

Adelantar estudios sobre las necesidades de personal en el Ministerio; elaborar proyectos sobre reclutamiento, adiestramiento y clasificación, siguiendo las normas y disposiciones del Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil. De la Sección de Servicios Generales.
