°. Del Comisario. La Comisión Intersectorial tendrá un Comisario General de Colombia para Expo Shanghai 2010, ad honórem. El Comisario tendrá la categoría de Embajador Extraordinario en Misión Especial, atendiendo a la importancia de las tareas que desarrollará y su trascendencia para el país.

Parágrafo 1

Los viáticos y pasajes que ocasione el cumplimiento de las funciones del Comisario General de Colombia para Expo Shanghai 2010 se pagarán con cargo al presupuesto del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Colombia.
