º Las sociedades que administren fondos de pensiones deberán mantener niveles adecuados de patrimonio, de acuerdo con los distintos riesgos asociados a su actividad. Corresponde al Gobierno señalar las exigencias patrimoniales que estime convenientes. En todo caso, el nivel total de activos de los fondos o planes de pensiones manejados por una administradora no podrá exceder en más de cuarenta (40) veces su patrimonio técnico. CAPITULO III.
