La aprobación por el Instituto Colombiano para el Fomento de la Educación Superior de nuevos programas académicos en la Universidad Militar "Nueva Granada", que impliquen costos adicionales en el presupuesto, requerirán del concepto previo y favorable del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público -Dirección General del Presupuesto-, sobre la disponibilidad de recursos para financiar dichos programas.
