Artículo único. Cédese al Departamento del Valle del Cauca el edificio para oficinas públicas que la Nación posee en la esquina sudeste de la plaza principal de la ciudad de Cártago. La Nación se reserva el derecho de ocupar la parte de dicho edificio que fuere necesaria para la instalación de las oficinas nacionales que funcionan en dicha ciudad, sin que por ello tenga que pagar arrendamiento o canon alguno al Departamento cesionario.
