ARTICULO 272 . Comparecencia de los peritos a la audiencia . Salvo lo previsto en el artículo 158 de este Código, los sujetos procesales podrán solicitar al juez que haga comparecer a los peritos, para que conforme a cuestionario previamente presentado, expliquen los dictámenes que hayan rendido y respondan las preguntas que sean procedentes; el juez podrá ordenarlo oficiosamente.
