Art. . 422. Obtenido ol permiso, el Capitan pedirá al Jefe del Resguardo la licencia para levar el ancla, espresando la hora en que quiere salir. El Jefe del Resguardo, concedida la licencia, pasará a bordo del buque, entregará al Capitan los documentos que tuviere relativos al despacho, i le notificará que debe salir en seguida.
