La financiación del pasivo causado hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1993 por concepto de cesantías y pensiones de los trabajadores del sector salud que hubieren sido reconocidos como beneficiarios del extinto Fondo del Pasivo Prestacional del Sector Salud, es responsabilidad de la Nación y de las entidades territoriales.
