Artículo primero. La Corporación Financiera del Transporte pagará a partir del día 5 de diciembre de mil novecientos ochenta y uno (1981) un subsidio mensual a los propietarios de buses vinculados a empresas de transporte que presten regular y exclusivamente el servicio de transporte público colectivo urbano, por modelos que se señalan en la tabla siguiente: I. 1959 y anteriores $ 37.057.00 II. 1960 -1964 38.339.00 III. 1965 -1969 40.330.00 IV. 1970 -1973 43.096.00 V. 1974 y posteriores
