Artículo tercero. La Junta se integrará así

Por el Cura Párroco o un delegado suyo.

Por el Rector del Colegio "Emilio Cifuentes".

Por un representante de los estudiantes del mismo. Ch) Por un representante del Ministerio de Educación.

Por dos delegados del Municipio y sendos representantes de los clubes sociales de Facatativá, nombrados por el Ministerio de Educación, de listas paritarias pasadas por el honorable Concejo Municipal y por las Juntas Directivas de los clubes.
