Los acreedores del usufructuario pueden pedir que se le embargue el usufructo, i se les pague con él hasta concurrencia de sus créditos, prestando la competente caucion de conservacion i restitucion a quien corresponda.

Podrán, por consiguiente, oponerse a toda cesion o renuncia del usufructo hecha con fraude de sus derechos.
