Serán responsables las personas naturales o jurídicas que incumplan con las medidas previstas en el Capítulo IV de esta ley o que permitan el acceso de los menores a las piscinas o estructuras similares sin la supervisión de sus padres o sin la vigilancia de otro adulto distinto al personal de rescate salvavidas o rescatista que haya en el lugar.
