Para que la Administración de Impuestos Nacionales acepte la deducción por concepto de salarios, los patronos obligados a hacer aportes al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar deberán acreditar que el último día del año o período gravable se encontraban a paz y salvo por este concepto.
