Negarse a prestar el servicio sin causa justificada;
No retirar los distintivos de la empresa de la cual se desvincula;
Prestar el servicio de transporte en un radio de acción diferente al autorizado, sin portar la Planilla de Viaje Ocasional;
No portar la Tarjeta de Control;
No portar los documentos de transporte que sustentan la operación de los equipos.
