Del cubrimiento. Los concesionarios deberán usar el espectro radioeléctrico asignado y prestar los servicios de que trata este decreto, como mínimo en seis (6) ciudades capitales de departamento antes de culminar el cuarto (4) año de operaciones, contados a partir del otorgamiento de la concesión.

Decreto 1418 de 1998 · por el cual se atribuyen unas bandas de frecuencias del espectro radioeléctrico, se reglamenta su uso para la prestación de servicios de telecomunicaciones que utilicen tecnologías de distribución multipunto de banda ancha y se dictan otras disposiciones.
